The student union of the faculty of management science arranged an event about learning Yee Peng lantern wisdom in an inheriting northern culture and tradition (Yee Peng commemoration) project. This event conducted by Mr. Poltep Boonmuen, a local philosopher in making the northern lantern, on Wednesday 21st November 2018 at 1.00 – 4.00 PM at 19 building, faculty of management science, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University.
There was a making floating basket competition in this project within creative, beautiful, and conserving environment concepts. The winner is Mr.Ronnakrid Torattanukul from department of home economics, the first runner-up belong to students from department of marketing (Mr.Theerachai Chawwong, Miss Anita Keawboonmee, Miss Benjamas Paokeaw, and Miss Ratchaneekarn Kumbansri) and the second runner-up is department of public health’s students (Mr. Theerasak Chimprocone, Miss Somruedee Srisuwanmala, Miss Khageerat Yingyod, and Acharatip Kanta)
