โครงการส่งเสริมทักษะภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสู่ศตวรรษที่ 21 English is Fun จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันพุธที่ 4 กรกฎาคม 2561 ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 15 อาคาร 90 ปี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ โดยวิทยากร Assoc.Prof.Dr.Max lo จาก college of Management National Chin-Yi University of Technology, Taichung, Taiwan และอาจารย์จากวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ นักศึกษาผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการเป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ร่วม 800 คน โดยจัดกิจกรรมเสริมทักษะ ความรู้ด้านภาษาอังกฤษ ฝึกฝนการฟังและการสื่อสารที่ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน
English Preparation Program for 21st Century.
“English is Fun” Workshop was held at the 15th Floor Auditorium in the 90-Year Building at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University on Wednesday, July 4th 2018. The workshop is organized by the Vice Dean of Student Affairs in Faculty of Management Sciences (FMS), Dr. Orakanya Kanjanatarakul. The purpose of the workshop is to raise awareness of the importance of skills in English and the need of foreign language ability in a globalized Thailand. The FMS administration, hoping via the workshop, the students can continue to develop their English ability and maximize their learning opportunities throughout their studies in FMS at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University.
The workshop was conducted by Dr. Max Y.C. LO, who is specialized in teaching English for Specific Purpose. Dr. LO is currently an Associate Professor at Department of Leisure Industry Management in College of Management at National Chin-Yi University of Technology, Taiwan. Dr. LO, joint-force with faculty member with expertise in English from International College at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, Lecturer Mr. Panupong Intawong and Lecturer Ms. Thanyaluck Kumphrom, the teaching team successfully shared experience and activities with all the students. Together with more than 800 students, the workshop was concluded with fun in English and heartwarming laughter.
